2 February the joint sitting of Postal Service RCC Commission and Postal Service Operators Council of RCC was held. The representatives of 8 administrations of RCC of postal service, EC RCC and IB UPU took part in this sitting.

In process of this joint sitting the questions of preparation to the 25th UPU Congress were discussed, the proposals of the postal service RCC administration regarding the amendments and additions to the UPU regulating documents were singed by the authorized representatives.

The reports of the Chairmen of postal service RCC and Postal Service Operators Council of RCC regarding the results of the work and also reports relative to the fulfilled work of the working groups of the RCC postal sector for 2011 were listened to.

The other questions were discussed. Decisions made on the items of the agenda, demonstrate the common interest of the RCC participants regarding the subjects under discussion and the necessity to coordinate activities in order to realize them.
