21 December 2011 round table talk regarding the results of the 5th International Seminar for the specialists of the RUC administrations of communication on the regional approach in rendering assistance to the appointed operators in the frames of the UPU Strategic Regional Project «Postal service quality improvement» was held in OJSC “Uzbekistan Pochtasi”.  

The specialists of Uzbek Agency of Informatization and Communication, OJSC “Uzbekistan Pochtasi” and SUE «UNICON.UZ» took part in this session.

The participants of this round table talk visited the international post office of exchange in “Domodedovo” airport and the international post office of exchange in Moscow and saw the process of handling and sorting of mail there. The report of the representative of SE “Pochta Moldovei” regarding the fulfillment of the recommendations, which were given by the specialists during their visits to the postal service outlets in Kishinev and fulfillment of the plan of operation aimed at the realization of the UPU Strategic Regional Project «Postal service quality improvement» were discussed.
