Audit organizations should meet the requirements “Regulations about audit organizations”, ratified by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 04.04.2007, №ПП-615, be registered in the list of the audit organizations determined by the State Committee of Property and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have the right to conduct external audit at the enterprises with the state share holding (share) more than 50% of the authorized capital, have license on conducting audit  given by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and  policy of insurance, be experience in the work with the major companies and enterprises (not less than 3 years) and  have qualified personnel to render audit services.

Candidates should submit to OJSC “Uzbekiston pochtasi” a copy of license, insurance policy of civil liability, certificates of auditors competence, resume with the information about the amount of the collective investment fund, information about activities and operations that characterizes the experience of audit activity and qualification of personnel.
