Training seminar for the TUIT students was organized

16 May current year a training seminar on the theme «Improvement of automated system of electronic money orders” was conducted in the company session hall according to the adopted plan, by the OJSC “Uzbekiston Pochtasi” Director General. This training seminar was conducted for the 2nd year students of the “Economy and management” faculty of the educational course “Postal Service” of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies with the participation of the high-qualified company specialists.

OJSC “Uzbekiston Pochtasi” specialists gave answers on all questions that the students were interested in.

Party-line communications session was held

14 May, current year party-line communications session with the participation of the branches’ directors, heads of the regional postal service hubs, the company employees was conducted in OJSC “Uzbekiston Pochtasi”. The following questions were discussed:

  • proper organization regarding the distribution of periodicals (subscription and retail), improvement of the quality of their delivery and duly payment of orders regarding subscription and retail; 
  • safety of cash means and purpose usage of pension, money orders and subscription amounts and also cash resources received as payment for utilities; 
  • connection of automated work places of the postal service outlets to billing systems of the SJSC “Uzbekenergo” and AS “Pension” of the Off-budget Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

All questions included in the agenda were discussed. The heads of the branches were given instructions regarding the fulfilment of the charged tasks in set time limit.

The 9th of May –the Day of Memory and Respect

In view of celebrating The 9th of May – The Day of Memory and Respect, holiday measures are conducting all over Uzbekistan the participants of which pay respect to heroism and selflessness of the World War II veterans and labour front participants.

7 May 2013 in recognition of services in battle of the World War II veterans who are living in the “Republican home of war and labour front veterans” on behalf of OJSC “Uzbekistan Pochtasi” were given presents.  

According to the order of OJSC “Uzbekistan Pochtasi” 37 the World War II participants and invalids who worked at the postal service enterprises were given presents.

Samarkand impressed the veterans

5 May current year in view of celebrating The 7th of May - The Day of postal workers and The 9th of May – The Day of Memory and Respect OJSC “Uzbekiston Pochtasi” branch of Djizak region organized the trip to Samarkand for postal service labour veterans.

The participants were greatly impressed by this trip.
